Bone conduction Headset

What is Bone Conduction?

Conventional headphones conduct sound to the inner ear through the auditory ossicles by vibrating the eardrum between the outer and middle ears using the air vibrations produced by the speaker. This is called air conduction.

The HI-bone conducts sound to the inner ear through the bone by vibrating the body parts near the ear directly, not through the outer or middle ear. This is called bone conduction. Vibrating the sense organ directly allows you to enjoy clear sound quality.
HI-bone bone conduction headphones are excellent in response speed and vibration generation efficiency compared with the other types of headphones, featuring reproducibility of even significantly high frequency sounds as well as offering miniaturization and power saving capabilities.

  • Good for anyone (even middle-aged or elderly) with hard of hearing or impairment
  • Bone conduction technology generates direct vibration to users’ sensory organ
  • Bone conduction allows users to recapture the pleasures of virtually all audio, including high-quality music
  • HI-bone headphones placed on the user’s temples, allowing the user to both listening music and hearing ambient sounds.
  • Supports a wide range of audio frequencies, from 25Hz t
o 25kHz for clear, distinct sound quality
  • Output capabilities up to 0.76 watts to each channel
  • Long battery life, Maximum 7hours.
  • Compatible with any audio source with 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack

How the Ear Hears

Think about how you can feel speakers vibrate on your sound system or feel your throat vibrate when you speak. Sound, which is made up of invisible waves of energy, causes these vibrations.

Hearing begins when sound waves that travel through the air reach the outer ear or pinna, which is the part of the ear you can see. The sound waves then travel from the pinna through the ear canal to the middle ear, which includes the eardrum (a thin layer of tissue) and three tiny bones called ossicles. When the eardrum vibrates, the ossicles amplify these vibrations and carry them to the inner ear.
The inner ear is made up of a snail-shaped chamber called the cochlea (pronounced: ko-klee-uh), which is filled with fluid and lined with thousands of tiny hair cells (outer and inner rows). When the vibrations move through this fluid, the tiny hair cells translate them into electrical nerve impulses and send them to the auditory nerve, which connects the inner ear to the brain. When these nerve impulses reach the brain, they are interpreted as sound. The cochlea is like a piano so that specific areas along the length of the cochlea pick up gradually higher pitches.

This may seems like a long process, but it happens almost instantly. The school bell rings and you know you need to get to your next class. The phone rings and you automatically pick it up. You hear a question and immediately respond to it. But in reality, every time you hear a sound, the various structures of the ear have to work together to make sure the information gets to your brain.

Have you ever thought your trackpad could be something more?

inklet allows your trackpad to emulate a pen tablet.

When you’re using a Pogo Sketch, the trackpad even becomes pressure sensitive

Moving your Pogo Sketch lightly around the trackpad will allow the cursor to hover without inking.

Increase pressure to draw; heavier pressure will result in a thicker stroke

Inklet works with the handwriting recognition built into OS X. Use your trackpad to jot notes or doodle

Inklet includes an advanced algorithm to detect unwanted trackpad touches.

This means you don’t have to worry about accidentally resting your palm on the trackpad as you draw

pls contact us at www.himting.com.hk

Works with all your favorite programs

We’ve tested with these, but it’ll work with plenty of others

  • Pixelmator
  • Acorn
